If your destination country is not listed above, then you only need an apostille, which can be issued directly from your Secretary of State.

 
    Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce Certificates
These documents are issued by the state and have the state stamp on them. In order to authenticate these documents from the Department of State, it is essential that you first have them certified from the Secretary of State which originally issued them. The Secretary of State will attach an extra page with their great seal which certifies the original document.
Remark: US issued birth certificates with the birth place noted in a foreign country needs special handling. our service fee varies. To determine the correct fee please call our customer service.
Power of Attorney
The power of attorney must first be certified from your Secretary of State . We will certify it from the US Department of State and the required embassy. If the power of attorney is not written in English, you must attach an English translation. Both the English and the foreign language documents will be attached together and are considered as one document.
Educational Documents
US Legalization can certify educational documents issued by accredited U.S. schools, colleges and universities for many of the countries listed above. There are some countries for which we can not provide this service. Please call our customer service to confirm with us before you send your document. There is no discount for additional document. Our service fee is $80.00 per document.
Certified U.S. Passport Copy
US Legalization can apostille a copy of a current U.S. Passport through a special program  called "Copy of My Passport". Please visit:

All other types of Personal Documents
Must first be certified from your Secretary of State We will certify it from the US Department of State and the required embassy.
