2. $50.00 Chamber of Commerce fee. {25.00}for C/O and {25.00}for C/I .
3. $42.00 Embassy of Qatar fee to legalize the certificate of origin (C/O)

If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-, or -UPS-  Please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number, and that you have signed it). If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
