must already be  notarized and certified by your Secretary of State.
You may not certify a certificate of origin without an invoice.
You may
not certify an invoice without a
certificate of origin.

Procedure: 1. We will certify the documents. from the authentication office, Department of State in Washington DC.
2. We will certify the documents from the National Us Arab Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC.
3. We will legalize the documents from the Libyan embassy in Washington DC.

Approximate turn around time: Seven days.

Charges and payment methods Send a company check or money order to cover the following fees:
1. Service fee .  {$140}
2. Department of State fee {$16}. ( $8 C/I & C/O $8)
3. Chamber of Commerce fee {$50}. ( C/I $25 & C/O $25)
4. Libyan embassy charge to legalize Certificate of Origin (C/O).  {$40}
5. Libyan embassy charge to legalize the Invoice (C/I).  {$40}
 

6.  Libyan embassy extra charge to legalize the Invoice (C/I). =  0.1%  of the total dollar amount of the invoice rounded to the next dollar. 
Example: If your total invoice = $125,688.00 the extra charge will be: $126.00

4. Libyan embassy charge to legalize the document (C/I).  {$40}
   

Shipping

If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-, or -UPS-  Please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number, and that you have signed it). If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
