3. $60.00 Embassy of Kuwait fee to certify Certificate of Origin.
$40.00 Embassy of Kuwait fee to certify Commercial Invoice.
$60.00 Embassy of Kuwait fee to certify Packing List.

Shipping

If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-, or -UPS-  Please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number, and that you have signed it). If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
