Below is the charge to certify either the invoice or the certificate of origin.
You may certify a certificate of origin without an invoice.
You may certify an invoice without a certificate of origin.
You may certify a set of an invoice & certificate of origin.
Approximate turn around time: Eight business days.

Charges and payment methods Send a company check or money order to cover the following fees:

  $50 Service fee .
2.   $25 Chamber of Commerce fee.
3.   $5 Notary public and Circuit Court fee.
4.   $5 MD Secretary of State fee.
5.   $8 US Department of State fee.

Depending on the total dollar amount of the value of the shipment, the legalization charge of  the ISIRI is :

From $1          to   $629 $12
From $630   to  $6,290 $52
From $6,291  to $31,447 $104
From $131,448  to $62,893 $206
From $62,894  to $314,466 $415
From $314,467  and above $832

The certificate of origin must state the total value of the shipment.
The fee to certify Invoice & certificate of origin is double the fee mentioned above.

If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-, or -UPS-  Please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number, and that you have signed it). If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
