Commercial Documents for Haiti
Embassy of Haiti may certify only the certificate of origin  or only the commercial invoice  or both together.
Required documents Invoice and/or certificate of origin have to be signed and certified from a notary public.
Procedure: 1. We will certify the documents from the Circuit Court in MD.
2. We will certify the documents from the Secretary of State of MD.
3. We will authenticate the documents from the Department of State in Washington DC.
4. We will legalize the documents from the Embassy of Haiti in Washington DC.
Approximate turn around time: Three business days (does not include mailing time).

 Certification of one single document (either commercial invoice or certificate of origin)
Send a company check or money order for $123 to the order of "US Legalization" This amount covers the following fees:
1. {$80} Our service fee . 
2. {$5} Notary public and court  fee  
3. {$5} Secretary of State fee 
4. {$8} Department of State fee 
5. {$25} Embassy of Haiti fee.

 Certification of one set (commercial invoice + certificate of origin)
Send a company check or money order for $206 to the order of "US Legalization" This amount covers the following fees:
1. {$120} Our service fee.  
2. {$10} Notary public and court  fee
3. {$10} Secretary of State fee 
4. {$16} Department of State fee
5. {$50} Embassy of Haiti fee.

Shipping

If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-, or -UPS-  Please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number, and that you have signed it). If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
