Commercial Documents for Ecuador
( Applied only for certificate of origin, commercial invoice or packing list )
Procedure:

 1. We will certify the required document from Chamber of Commerce.
2. We will legalize the document from the embassy of Ecuador in Washington DC.
Approximate turn around time: Two business days.
Charges
(For each document) 1.
$75.00 Service fee ( applied for all required documents; number of documents does not matter ) .
2. $25.00/each document  Chamber of Commerce certifications.
3. $50.00/each document  Embassy of Ecuador fee to legalize the required document.
    $150.00 / Total fee for each document.

Shipping

If you are using  FedEx, -DHL-, or -UPS-  Please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number, and that you have signed it). If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
